Personal Alchemy sessions are personalized attentive one-on-one containers which offer experienced, strategic guidance and support to help you identify what your dreams, desires, and priorities are, and to develop strategies for curating YOUR vision of a blissful life.

Each session is as unique as the client who requests it. Some of the tools employed during Personal Alchemy sessions are as follows:

These sessions contain elements of both practical advice and more esoteric wisdom.  You always have a choice as to how much of each shows up in your sessions.  Not a fan of the woo woo?  No problem!  I'll keep it nice and pragmatic for you.  Hard-boiled dogmatic strategies leave your spirit feeling stifled?  Easy peasy!  I'll brew you up some metaphysical mojo that will get the wind beneath your wings.  This is YOUR experience.  I am here to make it what YOU need.

Each container begins with an in-depth consultation. This conversation allows us to go deeper into your specific needs, lifestyle + scheduling requirements, and progress style. It is during this consult that we can also confirm that you've chosen the right Personal Alchemy container for your desired outcome and output abilities. The consult usually lasts between 30 minutes and an hour, and takes place via a Zoom call.

You'll receive the following with each 1:1 Personal Alchemy container you purchase:

​

  • unlimited email access to me during the course of your chosen container (NOTE: Does not apply to The Independent Study Container.)

  • proprietary downloadable tools containing exercises, methodologies, rituals, wisdom, practices, and other valuable resources suited to your particular needs and desires

  • pay-in-full incentives

  • payment plans for those who need/desire them

  • my unwavering support and faith in your ability to effectively change your life in meaningful and aligned ways

 

My time and expertise are valuable.  I am very selective about the clients with whom I work.  I say this to be fully transparent about the fact that I am only interested in working 1:1 with clients who are 100% committed to showing up for themselves by following through on the mutually agreed-upon strategies for development.
