At the beginning of your journey with the Bach Flower Essences, you will schedule a one-on-one consultation with Melanie to discuss your current psycho-emotional state, challenges that are feeling overwhelming and your general personality and temperament. At this time a bespoke remedy (mixture of essences) will be created for you with instructions on how to take it. Each remedy bottle lasts approximately one month. Results can be seen as quickly as one or two days into treatment, but often show their full effect after around 3 weeks. At this point you will have a check-in call with Melanie to determine what future course to take, if any.
3-month subscription
For those who want to reap the full effects of the natural form of medicine when working through a particular difficult experience or chronic challenge, a 3-month commitment to treatment is a wonderful option. This subscription includes the initial consultation as well as 3 bespoke Bach Flower Remedies to target your unique specific imbalances at a discounted rate.

This Bach Flower Remedy can be taken at any time, and in conjunction with any other Flower Remedy you might already be taking. Life Preserver is intended as a sort of power boost during especially difficult moments. It is not meant to be taken consistently by the bottle as other Bach Remedies are. You can take it every ten minutes during periods of crisis, and then cease taking it once you feel calmer and more in control of things.
