While I am safe, my office did manage to have some damage from Tropical Storm Helene. Despite being on the second story of building in an area unaffected by floods, our offices sustained significant water damage thanks to a large tree that crashed through the roof. The tree created a hole that let in torrential rains which damaged the floors. The floors are in the process of being replaced. I have not yet received a confirmation on when the work will be completed, so the office is closed until further notice. I'll update as soon as I know more.
